We safely and securely prepare the artwork for transit and use trusted carriers (FEDEX/USPS) to ensure that your artwork arrives to you in optimal condition.

Domestic Shipping

Shipping of original paintings on canvas, original paintings on paper, custom commissions, fine art prints and all other hand painted items is available for nationwide (US) domestic shipping.

Unframed Originals on Canvas

Unframed originals on canvas will not be rolled in a tube for shipment.

Custom quotes for framing options of unframed originals are available upon request. *Please note that custom framing will incur additional shipping costs due to the added weight and dimensions of the artwork.

Artwork cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes and all shipments require a signature— a physical address is required at checkout.

Damaged Artwork

In the unlikely event that your artwork has arrived damaged during transit, please email me photos of the both the damaged packaging and the artwork within 48 hours of delivery at hello@jaidamunoz.com. This will allow me to promptly submit a damage claim to the carrier & take the appropriate next steps to get you artworj

Lost or stolen Shipments

If your package is stuck in transit or missing after it was scanned as “delivered” by the carrier, please email me immediately at hello@jaidamunoz.com so that I can open up a carrier investigation.

International shipping

Fine art prints ship worldwide.

I currently only ship original artworks within the United States. More countries to be added soon.

However, if you are looking to acquire an original artwork and live outside of the US, please email me at hello@jaidamunoz.com to inquire if arrangements can be made to ship artwork to your specific country. *Please note that you are responsible for any customs fees and import taxes.
